We are Girlguiding Croydon

Girlguiding Croydon is part of Girlguiding, the largest organisation in the UK for girls and women. Our volunteers provide a safe and fun environment for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and the Senior Section.

We offer an exciting programme of activities for girls and young women across Croydon, from Old Coulsdon to Upper Norwood and New Addington to Waddon.

There are over 2,300 girls and young women, supported by over 450 adult volunteers, enabling girls to discover their potential and help them grow into confident, curious young women.

Anyone can get involved with Girlguiding.

It doesn’t matter how much or how little time you can give - it is all appreciated.

An established network of volunteers.

Girlguiding Croydon’s Leaders and volunteers give their time so that girls get their voice heard, feel included and feel special.

They are inspirational role models.

In return, volunteers receive training so that they have the skills to offer girls the best possible experience with Girlguiding.

We are for all girls.

We empower girls, we give them space to grow and ensure the each of them can get involved - no matter what their background or ability.

Girls are free to be themselves.

Through friendship, challenge and adventure, we empower girls to find their voice, discover their best self and make a positive difference in their community.

They go on their first sleepover. They climb mountains. Learn about body confidence. And simply have fun.
