Radcliffe is an ideal base for Rainbow sleepovers, Brownie, Guide & Ranger holidays and camps. As well as Leader training, weekends or unit evening activities throughout the year.

Radcliffe is a 15 minute walk from Croydon, nearby to East Croydon train station. Adjacent to extensive open parkland, heath land and woods, offering opportunities for hiking, orienteering, nature trails and trekking.

Just a 20 minute train journey into central London and an hour away from the south coast, Radcliffe is conveniently placed for sleepovers, holidays and camps.


A fully equipped and newly extended kitchen with two electric cookers, a large fridge-freezer, microwave and enough crockery and cutlery for 36 people!

A dormitory holding 24 bunk beds with en-suite toilets and showers. A separate Leaders’ room with 4 bunk beds and en-suite shower & toilets. As well as an additional separate block of toilets and a sitting room.

A wide integral veranda runs the length of the building, leading to an open field area suitable for camps, sports and games. Adjoining this area is a wooded wildlife corridor. The site is totally secure, bound by a 2m high fence and locked gates. Parking facilities are available on site.
